Hygiene Management

At GENKO TATTOO STUDIO, all equipment (needles, ink, ink cups, gloves, razor blades, etc.) used during the treatment are disposable. All other instruments are sterilized in a high-pressure steam sterilizer (autoclave).
*High-pressure steam sterilizers are medical devices that can kill bacteria and viruses by applying high temperatures of 134°C and high pressures of 200,000 Pa.
In addition, we keep our everyday tattoo equipment in a UV storage facility so that the ultraviolet light emitted by the sterilizing lamps always keeps the inside of the sterilizer in a sterilized state.

  • ・We will not treat anyone under the age of 20.
  • ・We will also refuse treatment to gang members or their associates, as well as those who may be considered gang members.
  • ・We ask that you present a photo ID when making an appointment for treatment.
  • ・Please get a good night's sleep the day before your appointment. Please do not drink alcohol on the day of your appointment.
  • ・Please inform us in advance if you have any chronic or infectious diseases.
  • ・Please refrain from tanning before and after the procedure as it will affect the finish of the tattoo.
