What do I need to decide to get a tattoo?

Decide what part of your body you would like to have tattooed, what design you would like, and what size you would like. If you only have a rough idea of what you would like to have tattooed, we will be happy to discuss this with you.

How do I choose a design?

We will work with you on the day of your appointment to create the design. There is no need for you to prepare a final design in advance.
However, you can help us by sending your ideas via email beforehand or by bringing any reference materials with you on the day of your appointment. Please note that we do not provide copying services for the materials you bring.

What is Freehand Design?

Freehand design is the process of drawing the design directly onto the skin with a pen, without using a stencil, after determining the general outline on paper.

Will there be pain?

Pain levels can vary from person to person, but some discomfort is to be expected. Since the procedure can be physically demanding, please avoid alcohol and ensure you get a good night's sleep the night before.

Can I take a break during the treatment?

We typically take a break every hour. If you prefer, we can take breaks more frequently, but please note that this will result in additional time and cost.

Are there any precautions to take the day before or the day of the tattoo?

We recommend avoiding alcohol the day before, getting plenty of sleep, and making sure you're not hungry on the day of the procedure to ensure you are in the best possible condition. Any additional precautions will be thoroughly explained during the consultation.

What should I do if I feel sick during the tattoo?

If you start to feel unwell at any point, please don't hesitate to let us know.

I don't like a tattoo I got at another shop. Can you fix it?

Cover-ups may have restrictions on size, design, and color. After a consultation, you can decide whether or not to proceed with the cover-up.

Do you have hygiene measures in place?

Yes, our studio follows strict hygiene protocols. We are equipped with sterilization units, disinfection cabinets, and autoclaves. Additionally, all items that come into direct or indirect contact with the skin—such as needles, tips, gloves, ink, and general supplies—are single-use.

Can I still get a tattoo if I am not feeling well, like if I have a cold?

Even if you have a mild cold, we cannot proceed with the tattoo if you are not feeling well. Please feel free to contact us if you are unwell.

Can I get a tattoo if I am pregnant?

We’re sorry, but tattoos cannot be done during pregnancy.

Can I get an MRI or CT scan if I have a tattoo?

It is very rare to be denied an MRI or CT scan due to a tattoo. In fact, our staff members have undergone both MRI and CT scans without any issues. If you have a specific hospital or healthcare provider, please check with them directly.

Can I get insurance if I have a tattoo?

It depends on the insurance company, so if you have concerns, it’s best to contact them directly. For your reference, our staff members have been able to get insurance after getting a tattoo.
